Update 09/10/2015: The owner messaged me last midnight, informing me that he was willing to slash Php200,000 (roughly $6000) from the original price which was already at Fair Market Value. So below Fair Market Value na po ang price niya for an almost brand new RFO unit.

Price is now at Php 3,800,000

I was elated when I discovered that the PNR Pasay Road Station was right behind the condominium I visited. I could go on a train ride to Alabang in one ride. 15 Pesos. (Approx $0.30)

My first client.

No frills, no BS, ready to be lived in, includes a new mattress, a small desk, a medium sized refrigerator, a microwave oven, an AC unit. Perfect for a quick relocation for the expat who wants a quick stay in the Philippines.

With a packed suitcase on the ready, client's homeward bound.

The View

There's no view. :)

Like I said, no frills. (Pictures below)

You can look at three neighboring buildings. The winds are fair though.
Perfect for those Executive "I need a place in Makati quick" types who just wants privacy and a decently comfy place to stay in the financial district when in the Philippines

Avida's standards are fairly high though, so I'd say, "Mid-High End Comfy Place to Stay in Makati" instead.

Granted, Avida is Ayala, (The company name and their family name. They're like the Rockefellers, the Forbes or the Waltons of the Philippines) you'll get the same treatment you'll get whenever in an Ayala building.

Access

One skip and a hop you're in Makati, one jump and a cartwheel you're in Pasay, a train ride away and you're either in Alabang (going to the South) or North to (Manila City).

Plenty of taxis to get you to the airport in give or take 20 to 40 minutes. Give it an hour and a half or two during heavy traffic.

You can literally walk over to the Pasay Road PNR (Philippine National Railway) train station. Try it once. It's mostly for Filipino workers coming to and from Makati-Alabang-Manila.

Skyway ramp is nearby.

Nearby

Walmart. You'll get food, electronic stuff and probably be handed a flyer or two about the next building nearby.
